The North Central Alberta Baseball League is proud to be associated with the Westlock and District Agricultural Society over the past quarter century. We wish them all of the success they deserve in bringing the famous musical ride to Westlock and encourage baseball fans to attend this exciting event.

Athletics Host Third Annual Community Appreciation Night

The Sherwood Park Athletics will be hosting another great family event this coming Friday evening at Centennial Park when the visiting Red Lions will be rolling into town. This game will be especially entertaining not only for the product on the field but for the many products available for purchase during the game. Fans are invited to forget about making dinner on Friday so as to enjoy the tasty BBQ offerings at the park along with their favourite park beverage. Fans will be treated to numerous draws while the younger fans can look forward to the many treats that await them for enthusiastically chasing down errant baseballs. Why not plan your week-end around two great baseball games and take in the Annual All-Star Game at Remax Field as well on Sunday. The first pitch for Friday’s game is at 7:15 PM while the gates for Sunday’s game open at 1:30 PM. Admission is free on Friday and only $5 for a grandstand seat on Sunday.

N.C.A.B.L. All-Star Game Set for Sunday

The NCABL will once again be featuring its top athletes during he annual All-Star Game scheduled for Remax Field on Sunday at 2:00 PM. The home club, sponsored by Morinville Jiffy Lube, will be facing the visiting club sponsored by the Beverly Optimist Club of Edmonton. Concessions and alcoholic beverages will be available for sale at the park. Admission is only $5 for a grandstand seat. Plan on picking up your NCABL apparel and merchandise while at the game at special All-Star Game pricing. Remember that summer is simply not summer without baseball!
